As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our client relationships. You’ll handle policy updates, educate clients about their coverage options, and proactively address their insurance needs. This role combines sales, service, and relationship management to ensure our clients are always supported. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Process policy changes, claims, and new applications with accuracy and efficiency.
Educate clients about policy options and provide tailored recommendations for coverage.
Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional products.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
Assist in achieving agency sales and service goals through teamwork and dedication.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping others.
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or account management (insurance experience is a plus).
Licensed in Property & Casualty or Life & Health insurance, or willingness to obtain licenses.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset and a positive attitude.
Proficient with technology, including CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
